Artist led project by visual artist Andrew Duggan, Proclamation is a multi-venue exhibition of new lens based works from Irish Artists, from various disciplines, engaging with the contextually of the centenary of the 1916 Rising, redefining definitions of ‘proclamation’ and what it is ‘to proclaim’.

The artists include Andrew Duggan, Jazmin Chiodi & Alexandre Iseli, Olwen Fouéré, Anthony Haughey, Frances Hegarty & Andrew Stones, Nigel Rolfe, and John Scott.

Andrew Duggan makes work and leads projects which bring artist and institutions, art and ideas together in new dynamic ways. Previous projects have led to new lens based works by artists from various creative disciplines. The commissioned works have interrogated existing artworks held at The National Gallery of Ireland, the National Photographic Archive and the Dublin City Gallery/The Hugh Lane. The works have been presented as public outdoor projections onto the buildings which house the collections.

Exact dates and venues will be confirmed shortly
