Culture Ireland’s annual Edinburgh Festivals showcase remains an important opportunity to present and promote some of the best of Irish theatre, dance and literature as part of the Edinburgh International Festival, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the Edinburgh International Book Festival. Culture Ireland has developed strong partnerships with both the Traverse Theatre and Dance Base, both venues who carefully curate their annual Edinburgh programmes. Both venues attract a large number of international presenters and media and Irish artists have consistently achieved extraordinary success and international recognition for their work in Edinburgh.
